Lakeside Surfaces is hiring an Operations Flex team member to provide flexible coverage in its production facility and field services, including CNC, Polish, QC, Shipping, and Backsplash departments. The role involves operating fabrication machinery, cutting and polishing stone, following CAD drawings, loading and unloading materials, conducting quality checks, and supporting field installation teams. Candidates must have construction or fabrication experience, a valid chauffeur’s license and DOT Medical card, crane and forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
