Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides patient care and manages daily office operations under the scope of practice delegated by a physician. Responsibilities include obtaining medical information and vital signs, assisting with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care, coordinating tests and referrals, serving as a patient advocate, supporting patients and families, maintaining confidentiality, and orienting new personnel. The role requires education as an LPN or CMA, current Illinois licensure or CMA certification, CPR certification within 30 days of hire, and work in an office setting with a 50-50 sitting-to-standing ratio.
