Flex Clinical RN/LPN/CMA - Float Pool at Springfield Clinic

The Flex Clinical Staff member provides patient care and manages daily office operations within the scope of practice. Responsibilities include obtaining medical information and vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care, coordinating tests and referrals, serving as a patient advocate, providing emotional support, maintaining confidentiality, and orienting new personnel. The role requires education as a CMA, LPN, or RN, current Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
