Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides patient care and supports daily clinic operations under the supervision of an Operations Manager. The role includes collecting patient histories and vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care within scope, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling tests, communicating results, making referrals, obtaining prior authorizations, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality and compliance, and orienting new specialty personnel. Candidates must be educated as an LPN or CMA, hold Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and obtain American Heart Association CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
