Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides direct patient care and supports daily clinic operations under the direction of the Operations Manager. The role includes collecting patient information and vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care within scope, coordinating orders, tests, referrals, results, and prior authorizations, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality and infection-control standards, orienting new staff, and complying with OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic policies. Candidates must be educated as an LPN or CMA, hold current Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and obtain CPR certification according to American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.
