Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides clinical patient care and supports daily office operations at Springfield Clinic. Duties include collecting patient histories and vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care within scope of practice, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling tests, relaying results, making referrals, obtaining prior authorizations, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality and compliance, orienting new personnel, and delivering customer service. The role requires education as an LPN or RN, or CMA certification, current Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and CPR certification under American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.
