Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides clinical patient care and manages daily office operations in an outpatient clinic under the direction of an Operations Manager. Duties include collecting patient information and vital signs, assisting physicians, administering prescribed treatments within scope of practice, coordinating treatment plans, scheduling tests, relaying results, making referrals, obtaining authorizations, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality and compliance, orienting new personnel, and providing customer service. The role requires education as a CMA, LPN, or RN, current Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
