Description
The Flex Clinical Staff member provides clinical patient care and supports daily office operations in accordance with the patient population's needs, scope of practice, infection-control policies, and clinic procedures. Duties include collecting medical histories and vital signs, assisting physicians with examinations and treatments, administering prescribed care, coordinating orders, tests, referrals, results, and prior authorizations, advocating for patients, maintaining confidentiality and compliance, supporting patients and families, orienting new staff, and delivering customer service. The role requires LPN education or CMA preparation, Illinois licensure or CMA certification, and CPR certification under American Heart Association guidelines within 30 days of hire.
