Description

Marriott International is hiring a temporary Full Stack Engineer to build and support technology tools for its job architecture platform. The role develops applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, data validations, and integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems; partners with HR, compensation, HR technology, and engineering stakeholders; and supports testing, documentation, production readiness, and handoff to the team maintaining the tools after implementation. The assignment runs through April 28, 2028.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of professional experience.
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years building business-facing applications, reports, dashboards, or workflow tools.
6+ years working with data, system integrations, user requirements, or technology solutions in an HR or enterprise business environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Python programming experience, preferably with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle tools, or other enterprise HR technology platforms.
Experience supporting job architecture, workforce data, HR transformation, or other complex business process initiatives.
Experience creating documentation, testing materials, support guides, or handoff materials for ongoing system support.
