Description
BMS Direct Inc. is hiring a full-time Flex Machine Operator- Production to set up and operate multiple production machines in the Press and Inserting departments, including IS300, Color Stream, MICR, FPS, MPS inserters, folders, and DRS software. The role follows work orders and quality-control procedures, verifies materials and output, monitors print and insert quality, troubleshoots equipment, completes daily paperwork, performs machine maintenance, and maintains a safe work area. Applicants must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and be able to work varying schedules including shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma or GED is preferred, while related work experience is a plus and training is provided.
