Description
The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Flex Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, maintain production and quality records, and support other operators and departments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, consistent availability for Monday–Thursday from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and safety awareness. Previous manufacturing or production experience, flexographic printing experience, quality-control knowledge, troubleshooting experience, safety training, and teamwork skills are preferred. The position offers a $1,250 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires and a $4.00 per hour shift premium.
