The Flex Pool substitute trainer provides on-demand substitute training for aspiring military personnel across the Netherlands, supporting the Ministry of Defence through Triangular Group. The role combines classroom instruction with field training, covering military basic skills, AKO, AMO, and ECOD, while guiding participants in discipline, conduct, professional development, and practical skills. The trainer works at various locations, coordinates with local training management, and may occasionally visit the head office in Heerle.
