Bartiméus is hiring a Flex Pool Support Worker in the Doorn-Driebergen-Zeist region to provide general daily care and support with everyday activities for people with visual and intellectual disabilities. The role involves working 8–36 hours per week across residential homes and/or day activity teams, with flexible availability and no night or sleep-in shifts. Applicants need at least an MBO level 3 Care and Welfare diploma or be in the final year of an HBO Social Work degree, preferably have care experience, and possess excellent social and communication skills. The position offers a permanent contract, salary of €2,649–€3,708 gross per month based on a 36-hour week, benefits, training, and career advancement opportunities.
