FAR Inspections is hiring an independent Field Inspector to perform residential mortgage occupancy verifications in Monroe County, Florida and surrounding communities. The role involves brief exterior visits, determining property occupancy status, capturing at least nine photos, submitting reports through mobile applications, and maintaining territory coverage and deadlines. The inspector manages their own routing, schedule, and territory, provides their own vehicle, smartphone, computer, internet connection, and printer, and must pass a background check. This is a 1099 position with per-inspection pay, typically equivalent to $25–$35 per hour, and Monroe County averages approximately 30 inspections per month.
