FAR Inspections is hiring an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage occupancy verifications in Boyle County, Kentucky and surrounding communities. The role involves brief exterior visits, determining property occupancy status, capturing at least nine photos, submitting reports through mobile applications, and maintaining territory coverage and deadlines. The contractor manages their own routing and schedule, provides their own vehicle, smartphone, computer, internet connection, and printer, and must pass a background check. This is a 1099 position with per-inspection pay, typically equivalent to $25–$35 per hour, and an average of approximately 15 inspections per month in the territory.
