Highline Academy is hiring a full-time Flex Teacher to support K-8 students through classroom coverage, long-term and short-term substitution, assessment proctoring, additional supervision, curriculum collaboration, and family engagement. The role reports to the campus principal, may supervise assistant teachers, and requires a sub license, relevant teaching experience, strong classroom management and communication skills, and flexibility. An undergraduate degree is preferred, bilingual applicants are encouraged, and the salary is $47,000-$58,000.
