Brilla Public Charter Schools is hiring a part-time Flex Teacher to provide full-day substitute coverage across its Bronx K-8 schools Monday through Thursday, up to 28 hours per week. The role involves delivering teacher-provided lessons, supervising and managing students, supporting academic and social-emotional needs, collaborating with school staff, and maintaining communication, reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, prior experience with children or in education is preferred, and compensation is $31.00 per hour with no employer benefits.
