Description
The role supports Flexcube Core Banking applications through server monitoring, 99.9% Disaster Recovery Site availability, daily closing support, user training, first- and second-level issue resolution, incident logging, Oracle escalation follow-up, application installation, performance monitoring, and implementation of improvements. It requires a technology-related bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of IT experience including 5 years in Core Banking application management, and knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Oracle Database, Oracle FLEXCUBE, Web Services, and related infrastructure. Oracle certification, MCP and IT Service Management certifications, Oracle BI Publisher, PL/SQL, WebLogic, and banking-system experience are advantageous.
