The role manages technical skills, production, verification, technical approvals, team cohesion, client and commercial relationships, resource allocation, safety, and proposal opportunities. It requires a university engineering degree in mechanical engineering or a specialized engineering school, proven management experience, strong Caesar and Pipestress skills, and a good level of English.
