Description
The Flexible Assembler II–V supports the assembly, calibration, testing, inspection, and production of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role uses hand and power tools, test equipment, work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and samples, and may require soldering at advanced levels. It spans five experience-based levels, from learning under supervision to performing complex assembly, troubleshooting, training, final inspections, and operating critical equipment. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing or assembly experience are required, with compensation of $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
