Hertz is hiring a Flexible Customer Service Associate to process rental car transactions, consult customers on rental options and insurance or ancillary coverage, process returns, and conduct vehicle service and maintenance. The role requires prior customer service and sales experience, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver's license, flexibility for holidays, weekends, and overtime, and the ability to perform varied physical tasks.
