Description
The Flexible Packaging Packer/Stacker will set up and operate pouch-packaging equipment, pack products according to customer specifications, perform quality checks, identify defects, and follow GMP procedures for direct food-contact packaging. The role works the first shift Tuesday through Friday from 4:55 a.m. to 3:05 p.m., pays $18.45 per hour, and began on 7/21/26 upon approval. A high school diploma or GED is required, while previous pouch-converting experience is a plus; the position also requires physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, English proficiency, measuring-tool knowledge, and willingness to cross-train.
