Description
PCA is hiring a Flexo Machine Operator to set up, print, and die-cut corrugated packaging, inspect dies and box quality, operate machinery at available capacity, assist other operators, complete production and safety reports, and follow manufacturing safety and scheduling procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work overtime and in varying manufacturing temperatures; packaging or manufacturing experience and six months of Flexo machine experience are preferred. The starting salary is $24.20 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
