Description
The Flexo Press Operator I is an entry-level manufacturing role supporting the setup, operation, monitoring, quality checks, maintenance, and production scheduling of flexographic printing presses. The operator works under senior operators, follows safety procedures, records production data, and participates in training to advance to Flexo Press Operator II. The position requires a high school education or GED, basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, reliability, basic math, and adaptability. It is an 8-hour third-shift role from 11:45 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing safety shoes, eye protection, and hearing protection.
