The role involves setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, calibrating equipment, preparing cylinders and plates, loading material, running production orders, inspecting quality, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, following safety and ISO 9001 procedures, and entering production data. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of flexographic press operation or printing machine setup experience, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, basic math proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
