The Flight Administrator for dnata Catering serves as an operational lead coordinating inflight catering across airline clients, account management, production, dispatch, quality, and ramp operations. The role monitors schedules and service execution, resolves disruptions and last-minute changes, validates handoffs, escalates critical risks, and ensures compliance with food safety, security, and safety policies. It requires a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of progressive aviation, logistics, catering, or operational customer service experience, a driver’s license, English proficiency, flexibility for varied shifts, and the ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
