Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is hiring a Flight Captain to serve as the final authority for aircraft operations, supervise and develop the First Officer, and ensure safety, security, regulatory compliance, and customer service. The role is based in Richmond Heights, Ohio, with relocation provided for candidates outside a 50-mile radius, requires 75% travel, and offers an annual salary of $160,000–$210,000 plus a variable incentive program. Required qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, FAA First-Class Medical Certificate, recent flight experience, pilot-in-command proficiency, and at least 3,000 total flight hours; a CL30 type rating is preferred.
