Description
The Flight Checking Supervisor oversees and coordinates the Flight Checking team, verifies that meals and flight documentation meet airline specifications, checks quality and quantities before dispatch, manages special meals and aircraft changes, escalates discrepancies, and ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards. The role also supports training, team development, and operational efficiency while requiring experience in food production, catering, manufacturing, or logistics, strong checking and reporting skills, and the ability to work under pressure and in a chilled environment.
