The Aircraft Production Manager supervises the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and production sites, while ensuring compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications. The role also manages subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. It is a full-time position in Fort Worth, Texas, with onsite-to-remote flexibility, a salary range of $109,700 to $203,700, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
