The role manages work assignments, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, troubleshooting, and employee performance, and is scheduled for the second shift. Candidates need experience leading aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, or production teams, flight-line maintenance and safety processes, and preferably F-35 experience and Lockheed Martin manufacturing systems knowledge.
