Description
The Aircraft Production Manager supervises the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and production sites, while ensuring compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications. The role coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. It requires flightline operations experience, flightline process and safety experience, and F35 build leadership experience, with Lockheed Martin manufacturing systems and organizational experience preferred. The position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, offers onsite-to-remote flexibility, and pays $72,500 to $134,600 annually.
