Description
The Aircraft Production Manager supervises the interior completion of aircraft, including sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and production sites, while ensuring compliance with customer, engineering, and FAA specifications. The role coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. It requires aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or production experience, business-metrics experience, a previous lead or supervisory role, and active clearance; EVMS, manufacturing startup, Lean manufacturing, structure assembly, and technical-degree experience are desired. The position is based in Palmdale, California, with onsite-to-remote flexible work arrangements and a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300.
