Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to supervise interior aircraft completion, avionics, mechanics, and production sites; coordinate subordinate recruitment, training, performance, assignments, and disciplinary actions; and ensure compliance with customer, engineering, FAA, and other specifications. The role requires at least 8 years of F-16 or equivalent tactical fighter flightline maintenance experience, 4 years of supervisory experience, a Secret Security Clearance, and experience with aircraft maintenance processes, technical documentation, parts requisition, and AFTO 781 series forms. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
