Harmattan AI is hiring a Flight Control & Dynamics Engineer to work from Lausanne, Paris, or Zurich. The role owns control-law design and system identification for a family of autonomous airframes, including excitation-manuever design, model fitting, rate and attitude control, gain scheduling, simulation-to-real transfer, stability-derivative consumption, and flight-test diagnosis. Candidates need a degree in aerospace, controls, robotics, or a related STEM field, hands-on validated control experience on multirotor or fixed-wing platforms, embedded real-time implementation, and familiarity with reinforcement learning and simulation-based training.
