Harmattan AI is hiring a Flight Control & Dynamics Engineer to work from Lausanne, Paris, or Zurich. The role owns control-law design and system identification for a family of autonomous airframes, including excitation-manuever design, airframe modeling, MPC, INDI, and geometric-control methods, real-time embedded implementation, simulation-to-real transfer, flight testing, diagnostics, and mentorship. Candidates need a degree in aerospace, controls, robotics, or a related STEM field, hands-on validated flight-control experience, embedded control implementation, and familiarity with reinforcement learning.
