Akkodis is hiring a Flight Control Systems Development Engineer to develop and validate flight guidance and control algorithms, including autopilot systems, for aerospace applications. The role involves algorithm design, system-dynamic analysis, 6-DoF simulation, performance verification, technical documentation, project planning, and collaboration with industrial partners, universities, and research institutions. Candidates need an aerospace, electrical, mechanical, computer science, mathematics, or related degree or PhD, experience with control and flight guidance systems or model-based algorithms, knowledge of sensor data fusion and Kalman filters, strong MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++ skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
