Swarmer is hiring a Flight Data Reporting Engineer to join its flight team and improve the value of drone flights. The role involves participating in field test flights, following pre-flight and in-flight SOPs, collecting and organizing flight logs, photos, videos, and other data, identifying abnormal UAV behavior, investigating emergencies, analyzing flight patterns, and supporting pilots. The position requires a meticulous, structured, reliable, and data-oriented approach, strong communication, intermediate English, and adaptability; experience with UAVs, QA/QC, tech support, or field testing is advantageous.
