Topflight Elite Training & Charter Services is hiring an Instructor Pilot to provide advanced mountain flight training, aircraft-type training, emergency and vertical-reference training, basic and advanced NVG training, and night-flight qualification. The role involves delivering ground and flight instruction, creating lesson plans, evaluating students, conducting aircraft inspections, maintaining records, coordinating courses and aircraft, and supporting certification preparation. Candidates need 3,000+ hours and strong operational experience, at least 1,000 hours of mountain experience, type ratings on specified helicopters, sling-operation proficiency, and English and Spanish language skills. The salary is $133,000 to $180,000.
