Description
The Flight Operations Dispatcher/Scheduler supports Lockheed Martin flight test operations by coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly schedules; tracking aircrew qualifications, currencies, and training; maintaining pilot records; generating reports; and supporting pre-flight planning, weather and airspace scheduling, real-time aircraft monitoring, and post-flight assistance. The role requires at least three years of aviation experience, familiarity with aviation weather, flight following, DOD publications, emergency procedures, and flight operations systems, along with strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. The position offers a full-time salary range of $81,500 to $151,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
