Pyka is hiring a Flight Operations Associate for a six-month full-time role with possible extension, supporting UAV flight testing across Bay Area test sites. The position involves driving a truck and trailer between headquarters and test sites, loading and unloading aircraft, maintaining equipment and workspaces, communicating about flight-blocking issues, and performing UAV flight and testing and maintenance. Candidates need a valid driver's license, trailer-driving experience, at least two years of work experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. The role pays $28–$32 per hour and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, an FSA, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, parental leave, and catered lunch.
