Description
The role is responsible for overall responsibility for the company’s flight operations processes under EASA regulations and applicable national aviation requirements, including developing and implementing operational procedures, monitoring performance KPICs, supporting audits and inspections, ensuring regulatory and internal-policy compliance, and supporting strategic decisions. The employer seeks a leader with several years of flight-operations experience, ideally in a leadership position, strong knowledge of EASA and national aviation requirements, experience developing operational procedures, leadership and training experience, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in intercultural teams.
