Description
J.S. Held is seeking a Flight Operations Manager to coordinate its enterprise drone program. The role establishes scalable and governed operations, manages drone assets, pilots, certifications, compliance, maintenance, insurance, and retirement; supports billing, reporting, risk management, and vendor and technology implementation; and coordinates with practices, operations, finance, legal, information technology, and pilots. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant program or operations experience, commercial drone and FAA knowledge, an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate, and fluency in English and Spanish. Remote work is available when needed, and the role may require occasional travel and field access.
