The role requires five years of flight operations experience, an FAA Flight Dispatch License, strong leadership and communication skills, and availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. It is full-time and offers a $72,000 salary, performance bonus potential, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
