Skyports is hiring a full-time, permanent Flight Operations Manager to lead flight operations from its Westcott, Aylesbury facility. The role oversees mission planning, aircraft and platform readiness, operational resourcing, safety, regulatory compliance, incident reporting, customer and stakeholder engagement, and the development of Remote Pilots and Team Leaders. It requires experienced aviation or drone operations leadership, familiarity with BVLOS and VLOS operations, multi-site team management, and willingness to travel across the United Kingdom and internationally.
