York Space Systems is hiring a Flight Operations Manager to lead on-orbit mission operations for multiple spacecraft missions. The role manages a rotating-shift team of operators, oversees staffing, performance reviews, training, budgets, KPIs, operational readiness, mission documentation, security, and anomaly resolution, and coordinates with internal teams, customers, and program management. The position requires up to six months of on-site training in Greenwood Village, Colorado, followed by relocation to a full-time role in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant satellite or mission-control experience, and a current SECRET security clearance.
