Description
The Life Flight Paramedic provides advanced life support in and around aircraft, documents patient care, maintains sterile trays and medical equipment, supports helicopter operations, and functions as a flight crew member. The role also includes patient follow-up, education, precepting, safety and quality-improvement activities, and participation in departmental programs. It requires paramedic-level competency, aseptic techniques, physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds, and exposure to aircraft-related hazards.
