Mercy Flight Central is hiring an air-medical paramedic to provide pre-hospital critical care and patient care in BK-117 aircraft across Central New York, the Fingerlakes, and Mowhawk Valley. The role includes shift crew briefings, aircraft and medical-equipment inspections, patient care, documentation, quality-management participation, and completion of clinical and skills requirements. Candidates must have at least three years of consistent paramedic-level patient-care experience and hold or obtain specified ACLS, PALS, CPR, FP-C, NRP, NIMS, and trauma-care certifications, along with NYS EMT-Paramedic certification and the ability to meet the physical demands of flight operations.
