Description
The employer is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Flight Physics Program Manager in Basel, Switzerland. The role leads and mentors flight physics engineers, develops and validates flight physics models and simulations, coordinates with systems engineering and other technical teams, manages budgets and schedules, and provides technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies, and program milestones. Candidates must have prior flight physics experience in aerospace, a master's degree in aerospace or space engineering, at least eight years of aircraft design, systems integration, and development experience, knowledge of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations, and proven team-management experience.
