Description

Swarmer is hiring a Program Manager to drive the operational delivery and field readiness of its Flight and Lab teams. The role bridges R&D, hardware manufacturing, supply chain, and real-world mission deployment, managing flight equipment, ground infrastructure, schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder coordination. It requires at least four years of relevant project, program, or delivery management experience, strong operational discipline, English and Ukrainian communication, and readiness to work with sensitive defense-related information. The position offers flexible remote work options where possible.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of experience in project, program, delivery, or technical program management.
Experience managing end-to-end delivery from R&D prototyping through field readiness and mission deployment.
Experience managing resource dependencies, equipment procurement, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain tracking.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams to bridge laboratory R&D and real-world performance.
Experience in drone/UAV operations, robotics, aerospace, or embedded systems development is advantageous.
Experience in startups or fast-scaling product companies is advantageous.
Experience with field testing, pilot programs, demo preparation, customer trials, or production-readiness processes is advantageous.
Experience working with military, government, security, or regulated customers is advantageous.
Background in engineering, product management, operations, or business analysis is advantageous.
