Description
Intuitive Machines is hiring a Flight Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain flight software for its Near Space Network Services contract and Lunar Data Network. The role involves analyzing and testing integrated hardware and software solutions, assessing I/O performance, coordinating unit and integration testing, and working with hardware design and development. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in physics or engineering, 5–10 years of C/C++ development and hardware/software integration experience, familiarity with serial and packetized communications protocols, and strong software quality and testing skills. Experience with CFS, device drivers, SpaceWire, logging frameworks, xUnit, Windows and POSIX systems, Docker, agile development, and Gitflow is highly desired.
